I was so excited when my sweet friend and client, Kat Schmoyer, asked me to join her in Tybee Island, Georgia, for her first ever Conference Intensive!! Kat has the biggest heart for education and getting to serve so many amazing creative entrepreneurs along side of her is such an honor.
Matt and I bought our first home in 2016 and I have absolutely loved everything about turning our house into our home. I am such a homebody and working from home has always been a huge bucket list item for me. While there are challenges that I am still working through, I love the freedom it’s brought to our lives and I am so grateful.
A lot of people don’t know this about me but I actually have my MBA, and I planned weddings during school to pay for my grad school loans. Instead of following my dreams to be a full time planner, I did what I was “supposed to do” after graduation and got a job as a banker (the perfect career for someone who had to get a tutor to pass accounting and finance, right?). I spent the next 4 years learning a lot, but dreaming even more.
